Studio: Also located on the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd floor. Offers a main room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Some studios are located on the front side, others on the back side. Approximately 30 sqm.
Apartment with terrace: The top floor has two apartments with large terraces. The first apartment has one bedroom, the second has two smaller (comfortable for a single bad, rather cramped with a double bed) bedrooms.

Availability dates and rent.

The floor layout is efficient and allows maximum use of the available space. The building is equipped with an elevator.

Area

The building is located in a quite street of the Louise district, close to Place Stépanie. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A movie theatre and a supermarket are located at walking distance. Getting to the building is easy, both with the car and by public transport. Compared the European district, the Louise area is mainly residential and thus animated in the evening and during weekends.

Public transport

Excellent connexions with the whole public transport network, including the European district. Several lines (2, 71, 91, 92 and 94) offer regular services even in the evening or during weekends.

Housing details and facilities

Contract duration: One year contract minimum.
Rent all charges included: The rent includes common charges, electricity, hot and cold water, heating, cable TV and insurance covering your civil liability for of fire or water damage.
Furnished: All apartments are fully furnished including kitchen equipment and TV.
Deposit: Two months worth of rent, on a blocked bank account. This is the standard procedure for rentals in Belgium.
Washing machine: Two shared washing machine and tumbling dryer are available. Use is free.
Parking: Underground parking in the building can be arranged. Rent is 75 EUR/month, all charges included. Free for bikes.
Phone: All apartments are equipped with a phone plug. Getting connected is not a problem.
Internet: Broadband internet is possible by the phone line (ADSL) or by cable. Shared access on an existing broadband connection can be arranged.
