Quinn McKenzie is a high school art teacher who picks up strays and makes sure they get a good home, but this time she wants to keep the little ugly dog she finds. Her friend Bill, the school's baseball coach, doesn't want a dog in his home at all and tells her to bring him to Animal Control. Quinn, on the other hand, thinks that the dog she named Katie came into her life with a reason and she looks down on her rather boring life and decides to change that from now on. She wants to be more like her sister Zoë. When Bill brings the dog to the pound himself Quinn has had enough of him controlling her life all the time and she ends the relation and moves out. But Bill doesn't get it!

We follow Quinn, her ex/stalker Bill, her best friend Nick Ziegler , her friend Carla and her parents Joe & Meggie. They all seem to get infected with the feeling for change that Quinn brought upon them.

Crazy for you was a light story, at times really exciting! It felt like I was watching a romantic drama on television with some light erotic scenes in between. Jennifer Crusie always manages to put a perfect mix together of excitement, romance and laughter. You really feel sucked into the story with Bill not being able to let Quinn go. It's almost like it's happening for real, he is irritating you like hell and it really feels like you know him personally and not only from this book. An enjoyable book with exciting scenes that make you curl your toes and that is filled with the right amount of spicy romance! It is really sad that the Dutch version is out of print. But do not hesitate to try out this author. The cheapest version of these books only cost 3.99 dollar and I myself am more than happy that I made the decision to buy her books because this is definitely an author you want to get to know!
